  • Areniva reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Availability

  • All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

  • We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately; however, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography.

  • Areniva reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned on the product page.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Payment must be completed in full before order processing, except for eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected products and locations.

  • For COD orders above ₹3,000, an advance payment of ₹300 is mandatory via UPI, debit/credit card, or other online payment methods.

  • The remaining amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

  • Orders will be dispatched only after the advance payment is successfully received.

  • In case of refusal or non-acceptance at delivery, the advance amount may be non-refundable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines and charges are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

  • Areniva is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Return, exchange, and refund requests are subject to our Return & Refund Policy (as applicable).

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Areniva reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • For COD orders requiring advance payment, cancellation terms will apply as mentioned in the Shipping Policy.

8. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during checkout.

  • Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in order cancellation or account restriction.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Areniva website, including images, logos, text, graphics, and designs, is the property of Areniva and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Areniva shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

11. Force Majeure

Areniva shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or courier disruptions.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
