At Areniva, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent return and refund practices.
Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused, unwashed, and unworn

In original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact

Any product showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions may not be eligible for return unless stated otherwise.

Customized or altered products are non-returnable.
Return Process

Customers must raise a return request within 5 days of delivery by contacting us.

Once the return request is approved, return instructions will be shared.

Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.

Customers must provide correct UPI ID or bank account details for processing the refund.

For Prepaid orders:

Refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment (UPI, card, wallet, or net banking).

Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after successful return verification.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product delivered.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed as per the refund policy above.
Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
Right to Refuse
Areniva reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if:
