Return & Refund Policy

At Areniva, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent return and refund practices.


Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 5 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and unworn

    • In original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Any product showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions may not be eligible for return unless stated otherwise.

  • Customized or altered products are non-returnable.


Return Process

  • Customers must raise a return request within 5 days of delivery by contacting us.

  • Once the return request is approved, return instructions will be shared.

  • Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

    • Refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.

    • Customers must provide correct UPI ID or bank account details for processing the refund.

  • For Prepaid orders:

    • Refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment (UPI, card, wallet, or net banking).

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after successful return verification.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product delivered.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed as per the refund policy above.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

  • Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.


Right to Refuse

Areniva reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • Return requests are raised after the 5-day window

  • Products do not meet return eligibility criteria

  • Signs of misuse, wear, or damage are found
