Order Processing Time

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available on eligible products and locations.

For COD orders above ₹3,000, customers are required to pay an advance amount of ₹300 at the time of order confirmation.

The advance payment must be made via UPI, debit/credit card, or any online payment method.

The remaining order value can be paid in cash at the time of delivery (COD).

Orders will be processed and dispatched only after the advance payment is successfully received.

In case of order cancellation or refusal at delivery, the advance amount may be non-refundable, as it is used to cover logistics and processing costs.

We ship through trusted third-party courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery across India.

Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned. Re-shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with photo/video proof for verification.
