Shipping Policy

At Areniva, we aim to ensure smooth, reliable, and transparent shipping for every order.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping offers, if any, will be communicated on the website or during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available on eligible products and locations.

  • For COD orders above ₹3,000, customers are required to pay an advance amount of ₹300 at the time of order confirmation.

  • The advance payment must be made via UPI, debit/credit card, or any online payment method.

  • The remaining order value can be paid in cash at the time of delivery (COD).

  • Orders will be processed and dispatched only after the advance payment is successfully received.

  • In case of order cancellation or refusal at delivery, the advance amount may be non-refundable, as it is used to cover logistics and processing costs.

Courier Partners

We ship through trusted third-party courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery across India.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

  • Customers can monitor delivery status using the provided tracking link.

Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details.

  • Areniva will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with photo/video proof for verification.
